Harry brings 20 years across the Australian fashion industry, from planning and business development to ERP and software builds, spanning high street through luxury. He's as comfortable in the supply chain as he is building the systems that run it. When the need arose, he built offshore teams himself, so he knows exactly what the right offshore hire looks like.
Starting on the shop-floor at the age of 18, Jonny rose through buying and planning leadership, covering everything from designer labels and womenswear to high street and streetwear, on both the branded and vertical sides. He knows retail inside out. Like Harry, he built offshore teams himself when the need arose. As Jonny puts it: “I know what it means to build effective and strong buying and merchandising teams.”
Dylan grew up in retail (his parents still run a surf shop) and started on the shop floor before qualifying as a chartered accountant. He now runs CMPLTE, a Melbourne accounting and tax advisory firm, and partners with Adminworks to build out finance talent for fashion and retail brands.
