The terms that apply when you use this website and when you work with Adminworks to build your team.
These terms are between you and Future Standard Pty Ltd, trading as Adminworks ("Adminworks", "we", "us"). They apply when you use this website or enquire about our services. When a placement starts, you'll also sign a client agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
You're welcome to browse, read and share this site for your own business purposes. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content, use it to build a competing service, or do anything that could damage the site or interfere with how it works. We do our best to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it's general information only and isn't advice for your specific situation.
Adminworks sources, places and supports offshore team members for fashion and retail businesses, across roles like buying, planning, customer service, accounting and logistics. We handle recruitment, employment, HR care and ongoing check-ins. You direct the team member's day-to-day work, give them the access, tools and information they need, and let us know early if anything isn't working. The exact scope of each placement is set out in your client agreement.
Fees for each placement are set out in your client agreement, not on this website. We invoice in line with that agreement, and invoices are due by the date shown on them. All fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
If a placement isn't the right fit, talk to us. We'll work with you to fix it, or to find a replacement. How replacements, notice periods and exits work is set out in your client agreement.
Work your team member produces for you as part of their role belongs to you, subject to your client agreement. The content on this website, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to Adminworks or is used with permission, and can't be reused without our written consent.
We provide this website as is, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for services is set out in your client agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes with it. By continuing to use the site, you accept the current version.
