The proof is in the impact.

Fashion and retail teams don't need another promise. They need people who do the job well, stay, and cost a lot less than a local hire. Our clients save around 60% on the wages for roles they move to us, and put it back into product, growth and the people they keep in-house. Here's what changes once the right people are in the seat.

What it means for your business

Beyond filling a seat. Here's the difference a well-placed, well-looked-after team makes to the way you work.

60% less on wages

The right people, for around 60% less than hiring locally

Our clients save around 60% on wages for the roles they move to us. They put it back into product, growth and the people they keep in-house. The saving comes from where the team lives, not from paying anyone less than they're worth.

Senior level pay or better

Career professionals, fully engaged

Specialists in fashion and retail operations who've built careers in their field. They join your team, work your hours and own their role. We hire at senior level and pay above the top of the published market band, so we attract people who could work anywhere and choose to stay.

Zero employment filings for you

We handle the hard stuff

Contracts, payroll, compliance, leave and HR all sit with us. You direct the work. We take care of the rest, including the monthly, quarterly and annual filings that come with employing people offshore.

+5% at the first review, then every year

Treated above industry standard

Fair pay, paid leave and regular pay reviews. Our people earn a multiple of the average wage where they live, with a 13th month of pay, premium private health cover, paid leave and public holidays on top. People who feel valued do their best work, and that's what keeps our retention at 95%.

95% retention over the last 12 months

Teams that stay

Well-supported people stay. Less rehiring, less retraining, and the knowledge stays in your business. Above-market pay, real benefits and an HR team who know each person by name are why 95% of our team members are still with us after a year.

30 day terms

Better for cashflow

One monthly invoice on 30-day terms, for days worked only. Approved leave and public holidays don't appear on it. Every invoice reconciles to the attendance record in the portal, so your finance team never has to chase us.

No lock-in contracts

Flexible by design

No lock-in contracts. If your needs change, we change with you. Add one role for peak or a whole desk for a new channel, with the same process and the same support every time.

Questions clients ask first

Where is the team based, and when do they work?

Our team members live offshore and work your Australian business hours. They work in your tools, from your Slack and email to your stand-ups. They're a member of your team who happens to sit somewhere else.

Who manages them day to day?

You do. You set the priorities, the tasks and the standard, like any other hire. We own everything around the work: contracts, payroll, statutory costs, HR, leave, training, equipment and wellbeing, including the difficult conversations. An account lead checks in weekly for the first 30 days, then monthly.

How is our data kept secure?

Every team member signs an NDA, a cyber security policy and a modern slavery policy before they start, and works on a configured device. With Secure Cloud+, they work inside a managed Windows 365 environment we run: multi-factor sign-in on every account, Microsoft Defender monitoring, and clipboard, drive and file transfer governed by our policy.

What does it cost compared with a local hire?

Most full-time roles cost between about AU$26,000 and AU$41,000 a year, all inclusive, on one monthly invoice. That's around 60% less than hiring locally for most roles, and nobody is paid less than they're worth. Our people earn well above their own market. The saving comes from geography, not from cutting corners.

How quickly can someone start?

3 weeks on average from brief to hire. When one client needed urgent cover, their new team member started 13 days after the brief.

What happens if someone leaves?

It's rare, with 95% of team members still with us after a year. If it happens, we find the replacement, and the cost of sourcing, screening and onboarding is ours, not yours.
