01

Statement

Designers spending their time designing, and ranges moving through development faster.

Why offshore works

Design support is digital: flats, boards, files and PLM. Clear briefs and a shared drive keep the studio connected.

Brief to first day, without the drag

Nothing waits for the step before it to finish, so your new team member can start as soon as they're ready, not when the paperwork catches up.

01
Brief

We scope the role with you, in line with your organisation’s values and culture, and align on a budget.

02
Shortlist

We source, screen and interview, then send only the candidates we’d endorse, each aligned to your brief.

03
Interview

You meet the shortlist and choose who joins your team. We set the interviews up around your diary.

04
Hire

You choose the candidate, we onboard them to our platform and get their equipment ready. We formally connect them with you to set up system access ahead of their first day.

Phases overlap
Depending on how quick you need to move, the process usually takes 2-4 weeks.

Designers should design. We take the rest off their desk.

The Adminworks standard - Design Assistant

Common questions

Will they learn our design style?

Yes. They work from your past ranges and brand references, and keep careful notes on every style.

Can they draw flats to our standard?

Yes. Flats are a core skill we train for.

Do they work in PLM?

Yes, including Centric and WFX.
